I am super happy with this purchase! The installation was super easy and it cools VERY good! I was so happy with this product that I purchased three (3) of them for each bedroom. My light bills stay fairly low while we are absorbing great air condition!

We have tried multiple units and this one is of good value for the features it offers. Portable air conditioners are noisy, there isn’t really anyway around it. This one is not as quiet as the $800-$1200 models but there isn’t a huge difference. This machine also offers the continuous fan mode which is must for night night time since I find that machines that turn on and off when they reach temperature wake me up.

The speed of cooling is very fast. My room is about 500 square feet and the temperature dropped in about 5 minutes. What I like very much is that it has very little noise.

It is relatively quite compared to other units we have tried.We appreciate how easy and light it is to move around to different rooms.Down side is you do have to stay on top of draining the water often as there is no way for the unit to evac the condensate on its own.

Before we bought it we were concerned about whether this would meet the cooling needs of our 500 square foot open space (kitchen, living room, and dining area) because although the description had it written to do more than 550 square feet, I was skeptical because of the lower price of this one, and upon arrival we found out that it was able to keep the temperature in this area at 68 degrees Fahrenheit, which was very effective.

We bought this for our bedroom in our old townhouse. The HVAC doesn’t work so well on our top floor. Cold in winter and it is like a furnace in the summer. This AC cools the room quickly and actually gets cold. It is a bit noisy when the compressor kicks in so if you can manage the noise, it does the job. The compressor kicks in several times throughout the night as it regulates the temperature in the room. It takes up some floor space and we found it hard to set up the window kit. The hose keep slipping out of the window because it does not feed into the grooves as it is supposed to. We have purchased another type of window kit to see if it work better than what came with this AC and I will update our review once we receive and use the new kit.
