The downside is that the instructions are not very detailed. At first, I struggled a bit with the temperature settings, but after much trial and error, I found the best place to freeze. My only surprise was that the supplier provided replacement parts for the rubber rings and lubricating paste; I’m sure this machine would have performed better if the manufacturer had provided clearer instructions!
