The sliding grooves on both sides of the bottom can be matched with different special sliding interfaces to install various accessories: optional 49-inch hay spear (2000 lbs single load/3000 lbs double load), auxiliary hay spear (2000 lbs double load), special fork (5000 lbs double load), special CAT1 three-point suspension interface (maximum traction pull 3000 lbs | CLAMP ON LOADER BUCKET: These pallet forks attach over the cutting edge of most loader buckets for skid steer or tractors. I’ve never owned or worked with legitimate farm equipment. I bought a 3-pt hitch and adapter to hook this up to my small lawn tractor. I haven’t used it yet but I have no doubt it’ll do the job of raking hay/leaves to store for my chickens and rabbits this winter. The box did come busted up. It’s 75 lbs of pure steel vs. cardboard and styrofoam. I wasn’t surprised. All the pieces were there because the box was taped and strapped together well. I can’t imagine *how* any of them would show up broken. I’d hurt myself trying. 😀 The few welds on the metal look beautifully done and, like I said, it’s all pure steel. Well worth the money. I can’t believe it shipped for free. As far as there being no assembly instructions, that is true. But if you can manage something like a 48 piece child’s puzzle, you can put this together.

It’s also forgiving on uneven ground with rocks and low stumps.I ran it through a weed patch in my fruit orchard. It stripped a lot of growth but I have better options.If I was to repurchase, I’d get the larger rake. Since it’s not super heavy you might as well cover as much ground as you can.
