Item arrived quickly and undamaged. Appears to function as it should. As with all higher powered ultrasonic cleaners it is noisy which was expected. Interesting enough placing the lid on top makes it slightly noisier due to the vibrations.It does have a fan on the bottom to help cool the unit which I was happy to see. The heat function works as it should but you need to keep the lid on while heating or it won’t make much progress as the heat escapes from the top. It appears to heat up faster when the ultrasonic function is engaged as opposed to just the heat function alone.The manual that came with it is pretty basic but it does indicate that the unit does have a 1 year warranty which wasn’t stated anywhere on the listing. However, there isn’t a name brand, web address or any other information on who to contact in case there is a problem.Overall I’m happy with the unit. Hopefully it lasts and doesn’t fail quickly.
