I purchased the 12,000 BTU unit for AC, and as a bonus, it has heat. It’s a good little unit. I’m not in love with the remote, but it works. Issues with the window kit leave a lot to be desired. I have to make insulation panels and tape everything up. The connection of the hose to the window panel is crap. Be sure to clean your filters every six months.

The double tube is effective, the design is scientific, the cooling is fast and the cooling is fierce, and the overall cooling is very easy. The single tube of air is fresh enough to smoke. Reasonable price, cheaper than other brands of similar products, cost-effective!
