I turn on the air conditioning unit an hour before I go to bed every night and it cools down from close to 80 to mid-70s within an hour, which allows me to fall asleep in comfort. It was comfortable all night long. The unit is very quiet and I added an extra piece of wood to the windowsill which probably helped. But it sounded like something I could sleep through with no problems. It sounds like white noise – a bit like a hotel air conditioner, but it’s a constant hum so it doesn’t disturb most people. It does make noise, it’s just soothing noise because it’s making the air cooler and happier.

Absolutely a very good AC unit I have installed it in a 350 sg ft room and where I live it gets to 108 degrees or higher and within a let’s say 5 minutes the room is nice and cold and the AC unit wasn’t even working that hard. Let’s see how it works over this summer and I will get back on here and tell the results. Well, the AC unit worked great even purchased another one, this is an excellent unit that does the job. I would recommend this unit to those who need an excellent AC unit.

It didn’t. It’s been terrific.So far, so excellent. Price is reasonable too, and you don’t have to dismantle the whole thing to install it in the window and go through all sorts of changes, either.Yes, I recommend.
