I purchased this item 2 weeks ago. It is easy to turn on and the preheating period is under 30 minutes. My only complaint is it doesn’t have a door so the pizza stone has to be reheated every few pizzas. Here is a good tip to newer users; make sure pizza stone is 900° at least before launching pizza and to use a low hydration pizza dough recipe like Neapolitan style pizza. Conventional oven pizza dough will burn in this oven. My best piece of advice full heat for 30 minutes, take the temp of pizza stone if it’s 850-900° it’s ready bring down to medium heat and launch pizza. Also do not use the pizza peel it comes with. It will fall apart on you.
