I finally got to use this pizza oven. I followed the recipe from nytimes (roberta’s pizza dough). From there use a light hand. You can use from scratch tomato sauce or classico pizza sauce in a bottle. Both are excellent. Then toppings of choice. The pizza oven gets pretty hot. Make sure to turn evenly and keep an eye on pizza so it doesn’t burn. The pizza will be cooked in 2-3 mins at high heat. I will probably make hundreds of pizza on this oven. Easy to use. Just hook up to propane and turn knob for temp control. I will be staying away from the weight scale tho. Happy pizza making!
