Needed a little more cooling in our bedroom and this does the job. It’s small and fairly quiet. Size was not exactly accurate. It is 16 inches wide. Almost made it a deal breaker for the window it was to go in, but we made it work

The unit works amazing and keeps my room very cool. I got the mobile app working but I can’t seem to get it to connect to the Alexa. Kind of upsetting as this was one of the main reasons I chose this unit.Edit: The merchant reached out and provided excellent customer service and provided amazing assistance in explaining how to hook my air conditioner to Alexa and now my air conditioner work exactly as I expected. Thanks for your assistance.

Great air conditioner, small, lightweight gets the job done. Cools very quickly. Set up to Alexa was easy and works as expected. Only slight negative, but not an issue is how loud it was compared to my last air conditioner. Overall I’m happy and recomend it

Great AC that keeps our bedroom cool! It works perfectly and is cost-effective.I purchased a 6000 BTU air conditioner and it is compatible with Alexa.When the air conditioner is connected to the app, there is a “+” button in the upper right corner of the app, and there is a detailed description of connecting to Alexa when you click on it.Another way is that you need to type “Smart Life” into Alexa so that you can connect to your air conditioner.Hope this will be helpful to others.

I needed a personal AC for my rather large 2nd floor bedroom. I love in an older home and my room is farthest from the central air unit, so gets very little cooling from the main ac of our house.I’ve tried 2 other AC units, but it never really gets it cool enough (I need it COLD to sleep (night hot flashes). This one wins!!!!My only critic is that it does have a wifi option on the front panel, but my instructions don’t say anything about how to set it up.
