    I purchased the 12,000 BTU unit for AC, and as a bonus, it has heat. It’s a good little unit. I’m not in love with the remote, but it works. Issues with the window kit leave a lot to be desired. I have to make insulation panels and tape everything up. The connection of the hose to the window panel is crap. Be sure to clean your filters every six months.

The room I live in is 18 square meters enough to meet the demand. The noise is acceptable, and it doesn’t matter if you use silent mode while sleeping. Reasonable price, cheaper than other brands of similar products, cost-effective!
